Delivery

We know that being a craft-a-holic doesn't come cheap! So we have tried to keep all our costs as low as possible with flat rate postage options. 

We will dispatch your order within 2 working days. Our posting out days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Unfortunately we do not currently post outside of the UK.

Tracked 24          £3.50             Normally Next Day (but can take up to 2 days)

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase you are welcome to return you items as long as they are in their original condition and you notify us within 60 days of receipt with the reason for return. The buyer is expected to pay the return postage, unless of course there was an error on our part.

 

VAT

We are a VAT registered company. All orders include VAT at 20%. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like a VAT invoice.
